3The National Construction Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2022Bill passed by the Senate with amendments and referred back to the National Assembly. Senate amendments rejected on18/06/2025; Bill referred to a Mediation Committee pursuant to Article 113 of the constitution; Mediation Committee fully constituted on 04/06/2026
4The Economic and Social Rights Bill, 2022Bill passed by the Senate with amendments and referred to the National Assembly for consideration; Message received from the Senate on 29/6/2023.
5The Cooperatives Bill, 2024Bill passed by the Senate with amendments and referred to the National Assembly for consideration. Senate amendments rejected by the National Assembly on Tuesday,14th April, 2026. Bill referred to a Mediation Committee. National Assembly Members appointed to the Mediation Committee vide Communication of 22/04/2026; Mediation Committee fully constituted on 11/06/2026.

Passed by the National Assembly on November 25th 2022, and was being considered by the Senate. It was not reintroduced post the 2022 general election and constitution of the 13th Parliament and therefore lapsed.

The proposal under the Gitbook is for its reintroduction into parliament and to fast-track its enactment.
