There are two sub-steps in this phase:

3.1 Identify Outstanding Tasks / Actions3.2 Develop Generic Process to Procure SPLUMA Certificate

NB : Step 2 and Step 3 may run concurrently but Step 2 cannot be concluded before Step 3 is concluded.
