The Valuers Bill, 2022 Quick link; The Valuers Bill 2022 had the intention of repealing the Valuers Act, Cap 532 which was enacted in 1984 and replacing it with an Act which was aligned to modern valuation practices and the Constitution of Kenya 2010. The Bill was tabled before the National Assembly before the 2022 General Elections.
