Nairobi City County Regularization of Unauthorized Development Act, 2025 The Act aims to establish a framework for the regularization of unauthorized developments within Nairobi City County that were constructed or initiated without the necessary approvals before. Quick Link: Its primary goal is to align existing developments with county planning policies, enhance safety and compliance and prevent mass demolitions. It proposes the exclusion of developments on public land or areas reserved for utilities or environmental conservation.
